Introduction
Welcome to the TipApp app.
TipApp provides an electronic platform that allows users to receive and send TipApps and voluntary payments, and manage financial balances according to the services and methods available within the app.
By using the app, creating an account, or continuing to use the services, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and expressly agreed to all terms, conditions, and policies contained in this document without restriction or condition. If the user does not agree to any of these terms, they must immediately stop using the app.
First: Terms of Use
The following terms shall have the meanings indicated next to each:
- App: TipApp app.
- Company: Mad for Information Technology Company.
- User: Any person who uses the app or owns an account on it.
- Wallet: The electronic balance available within the app.
- TipApp: A voluntary monetary amount sent from one user to another via the app.
- Payment Provider: Any cashier company or other payment provider the Company may rely on.
- Third Party: Any external entity providing services or infrastructure the app relies on.
The user acknowledges that they have full legal capacity, provide accurate information, and bear full responsibility for the data submitted.
The user undertakes to maintain credentials confidentiality, not share the account, and notify the company of any unauthorized access immediately.
The app provides technical services for managing TipApps and electronic balances. The app is not a bank or financial institution, and balances are not bank deposits.
Current deposit fees applied by payment service providers are: 2.5% of top-up amount + 2 EGP per transaction.
Deductions upon withdrawal: 1.5% payment provider fee, followed by a 10% app commission from the net amount.
The user bears full responsibility for the accuracy of electronic wallet numbers, phone numbers, and beneficiary details.
The Company reserves the right to request identity verification and source of funds to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws.
Prohibited activities include money laundering, fraud, impersonation, illegal actions, circumventing sanctions, or using automated bots.
Accounts may be suspended or closed without notice in cases of terms violation, suspected illegal activity, or regulatory requirements.
Services are provided "as is". The company is not liable for technical outages beyond control, and maximum liability is limited to fees paid during the preceding month.
All intellectual property rights belong exclusively to Mad for Information Technology Company.
Second: Privacy Policy
Data collected includes name, email, phone, device info, IP, transaction logs, and wallet details. Data is processed in compliance with Egyptian Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020. Data is never sold and is only shared with authorized service providers or authorities when legally required.
Third: Refund Policy
TipApps are final and non-refundable once executed. Refunds are considered only for duplicate charges or technical system errors. Requests must be sent within 14 days to the official support email.
Fourth: Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and Egyptian courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
